Are you under the impression that this was an official TMO letter? If not, then you don't have a point. What any given individual may believe doesn't say squat aboutwhat the TMO itself is saying about why the course is happening. You've made it sound as though "they"--the TMO--have lost sight of things, when in fact, you know very well (or at least should) that this is not the case given the official stuff that's been banided about.,.
