I am surprised that you take Hitler's philosophy of treating certain 
races as evidence that Nazi-ism wasn't socialism.  Communist 
countries did that all the time.

But the greatest evidence that Nazi-ism was a form of socialism is 
the incredible similarities economically: both have central control 
over the means of production.
