There was an article that said that the "mega horde" was in liquid asphald, but that's not
what is being used right now, as far as I know. You're the one that claimed that itw as of
significantly lower quality than the rest of the world's oils. Why don't YOU back up your
claim?
Spair, quite frankly, I could care less whether you believe me or not and I'm not going to go to the trouble to research it for you. If you feel compelled to buy CITGO and don't want to feel any guilt , that's fine with me.
