Here is a quick answer for now: Dr. Semkiw has a couple of Nobel prise winning experts in genetics and others who have speculated on the following. They believe that personality is tied up in the genes that determine facial characteristics. They think that gene research may prove to be a viable method of verification of a reincarnation. Also, certain other aspects may continue to be the same from life to life such as finger prints, voice prints, iris prints etc. Other methods of research he is currently provide coroborating evidence such as similar interests, talents, etc.
