I am not saying what the FBI is reported as saying is true or not. I just find the timing too convenient for the party in power, much as I am very suspicious of the report today that an unsourced tape, reportedly from the head of Al Queda (though this couldn't be verified) was sent to an Arab speaking radio station, stating that 4,000 foreign fighters have been killed in Iraq. This of course bolsters the Bush fiction that the war there is between terrorists and freedom loving people, when in fact it is Sunnis and Shiites killing each other absent any credible central authority in Iraq.
