I think it's the other way round: shepo (penis) romanvantau (hairy) bhedau (cleft)... icchati (desires). If "shepa-" was a neuter gender word, "bhedau" might in theory be the subject, because in neuter gender words nominative (prathamaa) and accusative (dvitiiyaa) are identical in form.
