>From what I've heard, they 'tailor' their method according to the 
personality of the prisoner.
Only the most hard core bad guys would get the water-boarding.
Other techniques are still used, which are not so extreme;
But nonetheless, are used to 'stress' someone enough,
So you get the information, you are assigned to get.
The thing is all of this sets a weird precedent for the US;
In that a lot of discussion of torture goes against our constitution;
And which was written at a time, when Europe was quite famous for 
it's torture and terror techniques, like crucifixion and the 
guillotine.
So, we've just digressed slightly under the Bush administration;
We look at the Islamicist's as being medieval, as we have become 
medieval ourselves, along the way...
