Living Rosary 2005 To commemorate the ouster of the Maharishi from the University now 21 years ago, students and faculty formed an annual living Rosary to remember and give thanks to God for redeeming the university from being taken over by a group of monks that promotes transcendental meditation and the philosophy of perpetuating life in accordance with natural law. Pamphlets were distributed through the Deans to inform and explain to the students and the whole UE constituency the history of those gloomy days and the significance of reminiscing it. Students and members of the academic community participated in the rosary which is a living testimony of our undying faith in God. Our prayers included thanking and imploring our good Lord to continue its blessings and guidance especially to the university authorities in fulfilling the goals of our beloved university.
