Personally I think MD has an excellent point, and I finally agree with 
him on something.

Anyone who forces someone else to listen to Barry Manilow 24 hours/day 
(or even 24 minutes) is definitely committing cruel and unusual 
punishment.  I can just hear the screams of agony as they threaten to 
play "Copacabana" just one more time...
