Tom's Celebration of Life Gathering Tuesday at 12:30 at The Gayden House in Brightwood. There will be food, music, and a video celebrating Tom's life, friends and music. People may bring food to the Celebration, if that is their tradition. Directions: Hwy 321 to Hwy 105 bypass at Wendy's, take a right onto Hwy 105 go about a mile turn right onto Hwy 421, from New Market go about 4 1/2 miles after you pass Mack Brown Chevy and Food Lion on the left there will be a light turn right onto Old Hwy 421 go about 1 1/2 miles, you will start to descend a little and there will be an Eastern Continental Divide sign on your right, turn right just past that sign onto Elk Creek Road, go under Blue Ridge Pkwy for about 5 miles, until you come to Powder Horn Mtn Security Gate on the right enter that gate, tell them you are going to the Gayden's, you will pass one driveway on the right, the next road there is a Brightwood sign turn right onto Brightwood Trail, follow to the top of the hill and turn left onto Freedom Road, that runs right into the Gayden's.
