RajaRajeshwari is itself a name of Devi. At the end of their coronations, what Maharishi says is that speaking of the Veda as the expression of human physiology and as the constitution of the universe, and the creation of RajaRajeshwaris, are all ideas of Maharaja Nadar Ram and he refers to them as all "miracle" ideas.
