The ad has two URLs, but no phone number. 

To be honest, I don't expect anyone knows how effective 
the ads are. It's the rare small advertiser who measures 
responses. 

Had they been serious about tracking the efficacy of 
these expensive newspaper ads, they would have created 
a gateway URL they could track, such as 
"americaneedsyou.net," "flyamerica.us" or 
"yogicflyers.com," all of which are available.
