In meditation, when we are established in Samhadhi; Then from there, we can dissapaite these darknesses, confusions; Violence, which is happening at different times at different areas of the globe. When we are established in Samhadhi, then we can 'put' our attention anywhere and keep it there- until it shifts and the 'Light shifts the dark. This is what a Yogi does; The siddhis are not for demonstrations or tricks: They are to accomplish, from a distance whatever it is that G*d, Would have you do: So, it is your responsibility to feel whatever you percieve; As darkness- and spend a few minutes sending some light to that place. Pretty simple, and very effective. This is the way to pray- established in the light, send the light... R.G.
