My "diet": in the morning one large cup of cocoa with
some oatmeal cookies (occasionally, when I'm in a good
mood, I prefer decaf coffee ... :0 ).

At about 11 o'clock: 1 to 2 cups of Rooibos mixed with
some green tea, and 3 - 4 slices of whole corn rye bread
with low-fat cheese and a few slices of garlic.
After that some herring with cheese, for Omega-3 fatty
acids and stuff.

In the evening: 1 - 2 cups of decaf with cookies.

When I feel like it, some raisins and walnuts, chocolate, etc.

With that kind of "diet" my weight has for several months
now been at about 175 pounds.
