After that some herring with cheese, for Omega-3 fatty acids and stuff. In the evening: 1 - 2 cups of decaf with cookies. When I feel like it, some raisins and walnuts, chocolate, etc. With that kind of "diet" my weight has for several months now been at about 175 pounds.
