*********** It would be ungood only if Dumbya went nuts and attacked or sanctioned NK. No state can use nukes against adversaries who also have them or who have friends who have them, so the NK test does not mean anything unless unwise moves by others create a dangerous situation. It's unlikely that an overextended U.S. military would attack NK's million-man army, but by putting heavy sanctions on NK, it would force NK to sell nuke technology as a means of economic survival.
