It doesn't seem very practical to allow cab drivers to turn down 
fares over alcohol, but many businesses have requirements. When I 
lived in Las Vegas, I used to eat falafel at the Haifa restaurant, 
which was so strictly kosher that they had a sign saying that you 
could not enter the restaurant if you were chewing gum, so I meekly 
extinguished my gum and entered.
