And Sears' fish oil look good. His is second on my list. I checked out Nordic Naturals with correspondence with them some years ago and am astonished at their thoroughness so I have stuck with them. And some new krill based long chain omega 3s are emerging. Krill being what the cold water fish eat that produce the LC omega 3s. Also going back to early 80's with Durk Pearson -- Life Extension books. He introduced me to the whole-antioxidant mechanisms -- which is another major anti-inflamatory route. The current new big vista, IMO: Polyphenols. its amazing the research coming out on them -- strong antioxidant and anti-inflamatory propreties. And great things to eat -- who knew! Coffee, chocolate (without sugar), red wine, tumeric, cinnimon, chilies, -- most "curry" spices, rosemary, sage, -- most "salad-herbs, garlic and onions (don't cook, use chopped and raw), citrus zest, stevia, soy, pinto beans, cranberry, pomegranite, black cherry, red peppers, micro-greens, etc. To subscribe, send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FairfieldLife/ and click 'Join This Group!'
