In this duality based Universe, some enemy will always crop up. Unless fundamental Political reforms take place in third world countries, tuned to present day economy and technologies, problems will continue to persist.
Creation of Artificial states has also contributed to serious political problems. Israel, Kuwait, Pakistan, Taiwan, Splitting of the Koreas, etc etc.
Kuwait was always a part of Iraq or Mesapotomia for 5000 years. The British greedy for Oil, carved out an artificial state and called it Kuwait in the 1930's. Iraq in fact has an legitimate claim over Kuwait just as Egypt had over Suez canal.
Iraq should have taken the problem to the UN 60 years ago itself.
Maybe Bob Brigantte is correct, the Scorpion Nation has created much of the present problems in Asia 60 years ago.
