Tom T: Interesting phenomena is that almost 50% of the maximum security population at Fort Madison is Black or a mix of Hispanic/native american/black. While only 3% of the general population of Iowa falls into that category. Not his name but about that age also. Says a lot about what happens when one can not afford an attorney. Some of the men eventually get out when the courts get to review the mistakes that happen when the only lawyers who will take iowas payment are totally incompetant.
