Judy, what a great question! The
what-you-put-your-attention-on-grows-stronger-in-your-life teaching is
absolutely what you need to know. I'm serious, this is the stuff; and
it is all Maharishi, 100% and wholly in consonance with the greatest
of the greats, including Guru Dev; and uniquely Maharishi.

What you put your attention on grows stronger in your life.

That's the whole thing. "Who" puts "attention" on "what"? That's the
real question (and its own answer).

But in another sense it's also the fact that where you place your
attention is where "you" will be. If your attention is on anger and
dishonor and negativity, then that is where "you" are. If you place
your attention on elevating ideas and feelings then *that's* where
you'll be spending more time. And the more time you spend anywhere,
the more you pick up the local accent. The more you become a native.

That's all that experiment thing was about. Just trying to trick you
into taking your attention away from the negative and put it on the
positive. Real simple.

But let me be totally square with you about this teaching; if you get
this, you get it all. You can't lose.
