I've no doubt that it makes people feel good when they use it. It may be better for you than ANYTHING that MMY teaches, including TM itself. How could I possibly know? From what I've seen, it has a different effect on brain wave patterns (according to SSRS's own research projects) than TM does, but that may not mean anything either. I DO believe that given what MMY has said about poison being tranformed into nectar, that calling something "sweet poison" is NOT complementary. It is an incomplete transformation: the worst possible--tastes like nectar, acts like poison.
