A few people with anxiety disorders become more anxious as they start to relax. It fits the unstressing/normalization model of TM quite well, but these are extreme cases and people with ths problem may need to reduce their TM or even abstain in extreme cases. The psychosis thing sounds like it applies more to kundalini techniques than TM, but you never know.
