I always wondered why it was so popular with Purusha.
The story goes that M. said that when a certain type of ojas is
"dried up", it would be harder to lift-off or hover. Excessive tapas'
fieriness can dry up watery ojas. So in cases like that you can
supplement it with a mercury-sulfur based rasayana like Energol-MA
which very specifically achieves this. In fact there are numerous
specific references in rasashastra texts on the use of highly
purified and refined mercury for this very purpose (levitation). It
would be surprising if a billionaire like M. wasn't connected to rasa
dealers at a very high level. It's fairly well known that Baba
Muktananda used a mercury alchemist to supplement his own shakti for
support in massive shaktipat transmissions.
It works, what can I say.
A good mercury-sulfur based rasayana can awaken kundalini or permit
flight in the sky.
