Maybe they needed crowns to wear also.
The element these folks are missing is to meet people at their own level if they want to be successful. When I read the New Jersey story and find out that it is primarily a zoning issue that made the TM initiative not possible, what sort of research did the TM folks do? Did they try to talk to the commissioners beforehand? Did they tailor their presentation and/or the project to emphasize how they would fit into the community? Deliciously ironic that those that opposed these promoters of a technique to bring greater silence into one's life did so because of concerns that the TM project would destroy the peace and quiet of the community...
