There isn't any "debate" about the title of the
article. All I'm doing here is correcting your
knowingly false statements.
As I've already explained, it's in storage. But
there are plenty of quotes from it, as I've also
already pointed out (and as you know anyway), in
my and others' posts in the discussions on alt.m.t.
And as you know, the case was dismissed before the
motion could be ruled on, as I went on to speculate
in the very post you quote, and as Skolnick himself
confirmed in his response, in the very same thread.
