Thanks everyone for this advise. I just purchased Acronis 10 off of Amazon.com with a $30 credit if purchased with Amazon Visa Card so ended up paying $19. Good deal. I've been reading all the reviews between Norton Ghost 10 and Acronis 9 (new ver. 10) and the negative reviews seem to be overwheming against Norton. The original utility of Norton 2003 worked well because it was a simple DOS program, seperated from Windows. The new one ver. 10 is a new release and seems to have a lot of complaints. Acronis 9 also had a number of bad reviews but not as many. It seems that the trend is toward Acronis these days as the more reliable recovery program. Read the reviews. Mark
