That sort of came out of the blue at me. Lately I have stopped double checking my assurance process and I just do what I think without prior reconsideration, and often with success. Eg., I have to learn a series of numbers by rote. Previously I would do them over and over doubting my ability to recall. Lately, I will just learn them. Everyone can be like Nike.
