It seems to ME that it was merely raised as a way of taking a swipe at MDs. Actually there was no *swipe* at MDs. After posting the original story, OffWorld jokingly posted something to the effect, Wash those dishes and bring me my pipe and slippers, to which I said or maybe MD could clean Purusha bathrooms and make beds. All in jest at the story that somehow house work can cut the risk of developing cancer. It went from there.
