You have two grave problems.
Sidhis don't grow on trees. You need seasoned meditators to meditate,
NOT yogic-flyers to create world peace.
Troops also don't grow on trees. But an all volunteer professional force
is better than a draft army. Tactics and technology is more important these
days.
The Timing of the Iraq war was wrong, I agree. The focus on Afghanistan
was lost.
But keep in mind, Saddam never cared for the iraqi people. He cared
only for himself. The population was starving from sanctions as Saddam
diverted all the resources for himself and his army. He was smuggling Oil out
and keeping all the funds for his own use like building bunkers and Palaces.
All the people who built the bunkers were later killed in the typical
medival style so that it's secret location would not be revealed.
Uday Hussein was a psychopath tortureing people, kidnapping women etc.
You would surely agree that Iraq deserves a better future that Saddam's
Mad rule.
