We don't have a social movement per se. IOW, there are no big group
meetings etc. I have met other people he has taught however. And
people who have practiced TM (including TM teachers) who have learned
his techniques agree it is more powerful. Some of these folks were
probably in CC way before meeting him. However from the strength and
pure mechanics of what he teaches one can achieve enlightenment though
the time will of course vary with each individual.
