For those who remember the old days, Kevin Slade D.O. was once a beloved family physician in Fairfield. In the middle of Janauary Kevin passed away from cancer at home in San Luis Obispo Califronia. Kevin is survived by his son Austin, his exwife Rebecca, his father and step mother. Kevin's son, Austin, was with him for his last breath. Austin attends University of California in Santa Cruz. Kevin & Rebecca's older son, Colin, passed away some years ago of a brain tumor.
