Maharishi said that the reality of life is in its totality. Totality means abstract, omnipresent values on the level of the transcendental, unmanifest reality. This totality has to become a living reality in the daily life of the people. Our effort is to create the knowledge and programme for this ideal structure of life to be lived by everyone: we have the techniques for everyone to have that omnipresent level of reality as a conscious experience, so that omnipresent bliss permeates every conscious level of thinking and action. This is our theme, Maharishi said—that we give this education to all our children in every country in the world, and that is why we have our programme of Invincibiliity for Every Nation. It's a very beautiful thing. All the great teachers and leaders of our Movement have realized what a great, wonderful store of knowledge is there in the Veda, the Constitution of the Universe, he said, and we want the Constitution of the Universe to remain in the practice of everyone, and not to remain in books. This Constitution, Veda, is for everyone. 'That is going to be our educational system in the world,' Maharishi said. 'Total Knowledge in every university.' In all the universities, schools, and colleges that we have established, he said, the purpose is to give that Total Knowledge, so that in every fragmentation of relative life, the Absolute prevails. Maharishi said that we are teaching the science and technology of living, the science and technology of thought, and ultimately, the science and technology of Being. This is the great light of life from Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Brahmananda Saraswati, Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Maharishi's Master. The world is going to be a beautiful mosaic of differences. Differences will not eliminated, but Unity will breathe life through all the differences. Maharishi said that this is our effort, and all fields of administration, all fields of living and life will be lived by everyone. Relative life [the surface level of existence] will not be lost. Relative life will be lived, but on the lively absolute reality of self-referral Being. 'So all glory to Guru Dev,' Maharishi said. 'And we feel we have done a good job by the knowledge we have received from the eternal Tradition of Vedic Masters. Their tradition of eternal life is eternal. It is the Vedic Tradition, and fortunately we got into that tradition by some good luck for the whole mankind.'
