  I find that many people who do TM and other types of meditation often
look very young for their age. I think there are a variety of
practical lifestyle factors that account for this. 

1.) Taking time out to reduce stress on a regular basis.
2.) Emphasis on proper diet and exercise. Lots of veggies.
3.) Regular sleeping habits.
4.) Not smoking - a really big factor in wrinkling.
5.) Reduced alcohol consumption. Also related to wrinkling.
6.) Yoga practice - maintains flexibility and the ability to balance.
7.) Reduced sun exposure.
