A Satanist cannot lie. A Satanist makes a statement and you call it a lie, but this is irrational, because what is a lie to you is the truth to a Satanist. If a Satanist says a thing that seems like a lie, then it is the pure honey of truth to the Satanist's God...ie. Satan. Therefore every true word spoken is a lie in the eyes of the Satanist.
