Ha-Ha! Yep I stopped doing the siddhis (though some of them stuck 
around anyway ;-))- As the Brits would say, back to third class...

Its on the rocks, and they serve it in a shaker, only be sure and 
hold the shaker top on with your finger when pouring- it isn't 
screwed on and I had it come off the first time I had one. 
Fortunately I was about done with it so no muss no fuss.

Alternatively, Patron Siver or Anejo with lemonade on the rocks is 
great, dash or two of bitters. Or Tres Generacions Anejo which is 
just as good and a better buy. (neither of these at Chili's though).

Sounds interesting! I am not very adventurous with regard to meat, 
but if I could find an ostrich appetizer, I'd try a bite.

Had a perfect grilled petrale sole last weekend, with garlic mashed 
and spinach. Really done to perfection.
