He is attracting all of the US karma from abusing and exploiting 
Latin America. As he tours, Hugo Chavez, Pres. Venezuela, who called 
Bush 'el diablo', is doing a tour also, countering much of what Bush 
says. There were also massive demonstrations against Bush yesterday 
in Brazil.
