I put them on public access TV for years, with full knowledge of the MIU folks. They never got around to asking me not to do it and eventually (20 years late since public access TV is virtually dead now) started doing it themselves in Fairfield. Chopra has no legal standing since the tapes were distributed with his knowledge, Copyright MIU.
