What I like about it it is only a 5 hour drive to some major Colorado skiing and hiking, instead of the NIGHTMARE 14 hour drive from FF. You gotta get your priorities right, and this sounds almost perfect compared to Iowa (much as I love and respect Iowa...at a distance) (Just got back from skiing all afternoon and evening until 8.30pm in Vermont -- it is a drug.
