Agreed. As an aside he once mentioned that the reason for the 'world
govt' over in Switzerland looking like the UN was to model the world
govt. right from the beginning as if it was already established and
successful. So this 'central university in Kansas' concept could be
some sort of sutra-like mechanism. Or it could be an ego buster for a
bunch of people. Hard to say, though I agree it definitely isn't what
it seems.
