Well, let's see...if I were to witness a yagya in the company of 100 non-believers and skeptics, and all of the gods and goddesses invoked by the yagya were to appear before us bodily and say, "DUDES, lighten up! We really LIKE these guys waving camphor and candles to us. It GETS US OFF! So when they do this stuff for us, we do their clients a little favor. It's a business arrangement... what's your problem with business...are you some kinda Commie?" And if this happened and all 101 of us saw and heard exactly the same thing, then I might revisit my position on yagyas. Barring that, I'm gonna have to go with placebo effect.
