If you read the article you quote, Clinton doesn't mention Al Qaeda at all.
What's this obsession with Clinton anyway? I don't recall a similar thing going on after Reagan f*cked up the country and Clinton came in. You know why? Clinton was competent, and didn't rely on a bunch of goons in the press to slander his predecessor. Bush on the other hand is grossly incompetent. Talk about a mental midget.
