Hi I heard about this group on a Bhuddist board. Is this Bhuddist meditation? What is the goal of meditation? Transcendental Meditation has its roots in Hinduism, but this is not strictly a TM group. There are many practicing Buddhists here. I don't have anything new to say about the goal of meditation, other than what you've surely already read.
