What a great political poster. FWIW, it isn't a poster, it's a still image from a Hillary campaign video narrated by Bill Clinton. The video doesn't say where the balcony is, but Bill's voiceover at that point is about a speech she gave in Beijing during his presidency on women's rights, so it's probably supposed to be her working on the speech at the White House--and it shows her as she looked around 10 years ago, so it's maybe not the best image for a campaign poster. (It's a lovely photo, a beautiful composition, but it doesn't remind me much of a Maxfield Parrish work.)
