Sorry to burst your bubble Billy, but that is not what adhikara style mantra means at all.

In terms of mantra diksha, there are two important types. One is by puja and the other is by adhikara.

TM mantras are given by puja, not by adhikara. Adhikara mantra is a mantra given after the guru observes a student for whatever is needed to understand what needs to be given--but it is always given based on the unique propensity of the student, they are not "dispensed" via mere puja, the inferior and more haphazard method.
