This is actually very clever and well done. I just love the idea of animating the figures using a video game and then adding your own dialogue. In L.A. when I lived there, and before DVDs and video rental stores had put the revival theaters out of business, there used to be a theater called the Nuart. For about a year, one night a week, they would have Improv Night. They'd take a particularly cheezy film, one that lent itself to campy dialogue, and show it with the sound turned off. A local Improv troupe would stand at the front of the theater with microphones and sound effects and *make up* all-new dialogue for the film, on the fly. It was often hilarious. Another example of the basic concept is Woody Allen's first film "What's Up Tiger Lily," in which he bought the rights to a bad Japanese spy flick called "International Secret Police: Key of Keys" and re-dubbed it, changing the plot to make it revolve around a secret egg salad recipe.
