Bhoja's comment on the last suutra (IV 34) is almost -- as Donald Trump might(?) say -- hyooge! The last sentence of the text proper seems to contain over eight (8) lines in DN! This phrase from that sentence:
sarva-siddhi-muula-bhuutaaM samaadhi-siddhim... might mean something like: perfection of samaadhi (samaadhi-siddhim) "that is" (bhuutaam) the root(muula) of all (sarva) the siddhis.
