It's actually a giant ATM machine, for the hordes who will come to
convert their bank dollars to raamas and replace the ignorant, kali-
yug dollar!
Actually it looks rather cool--like a giant sri-yantra top grounding
cosmic forces thru a perfect square, an extended bhupur (the bhupur
is the outmost, fourfold aspect of a yantra) that makes the body of
the tower. So it's grounding the ME current, through alignment with
the cosmos and tying it in (symbolically and metaphorically) to the
earth and it's web.
It would be nice to see a picture from above.
I wonder who the architect was?
