My post has more to do with my own feelings, rather than some concern for MMY's legacy. And for that matter, I've given up on the techniques, and I had the impression that only a few people are doing any research. (By "a few poeple," I mean Fred Travis and the possibility of one or two others I don't know about.) If you'd like to cite some good studies, I'd be happy to learn about them.
