Ok, guilty as charged. The video was boring, and I was not inspired to
watch more of them. However, having now watched the rest of them,
there's no way to judge from the video whether the stuff floating
around in there is organisms or just chemicals reacting. The stuff
drifting back to the edges, however, is clearly just the effect of
surface tension. I would think, though, that if the stuff were
actually living organisms, it would have been readily apparent had
your videos been filmed under a microscope instead of with a videocam.

I'd say your next step would be to perform the experiment in
laboratory conditions and under a microscope.
