The obvious is rather clouded for you I may say. First of all the 
fellow says he is not meditating so his meditation can't be 
incorrect. 
In recommending a checking I suggest that the happiness and balance 
so desperately sought in this soul could be only a few minutes of 
correct meditation away. I must stress the word "could" as checking 
will not help those who do not want to help themselves.

Any success in this life comes from attunement, not from thinking.
